Dear Valued Customers,
Sharq Investment Company always strive to provide superior services toward it’s clients and places them at the forefront of its priorities in order to guarantee their maximum satisfaction, therefore to increase the values of loyalty and constant communication with its clients. In this sense Sharq Investment Company has established a Clients Complaints Unit in compliance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) establishment Law number 7/2010 and its Executive Regulations, and the CMA instructions and regulations; and to favor the Company’s clients’ interests. The Unit initiated its operations since April 2011. Clients Complains Unit is a specialized independent unit, established with an objective of receiving the clients’ complaints related to the portfolios management, and other current or future offered services by the company, then work on finding the best solution. The Unit activities, in summary, are to handle the clients’ complaints and devote its efforts to find the appropriate solution within the minimum time frame; and cooperate with other company departments, for clients’ best interest.

In case of any complaints, kindly consider the steps and procedures of submitting and responding to it by filling out the complaint form and submit it according to the following: -
1- Personally by visiting Sharq Investment Company and hand over the form by hand to the Client Complaint Unit during the official working hours from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Address: Mirqab – KBT Tower – 37 Floor.
2- Filling out the clients complaints form available below, and send it via E-mail to the head of Clients Complaint Unit at: Z.Shaheed@sharqinv.com.
3- Send it to the Head of Clients Complaint Unit via official Postal mail on the following address: (P.O. Box:1245 – Dasman 15463 – Kuwait).

General Remarks:
1- "Clients Complaints Unit” will respond to the complaint within (30) working days from the date of receiving the complaint.
2- The Client must fill in all the information required in the clients complaints form.
3. If the clients complaint form prepared by Sharq Investment Company is not used, the complaint will not be considered or answered.
